this is such an odd thing to post about but chat, i cannot for the love of god put down my vape LMFAO.

unfortunately, i am a college girl who somehow ended up with a nicotine addiction UGHHHHH, i had a bad weed problem for a while and was kinda sick of going everywhere high so i turned to something else (worst decision ever?). i was clean for like 2 months bc i went abroad but the moment i came back it's like the demons took over and now i'm like chain smoking :/ i know, this is such a loser behavior bro like guys never pick up that vape bc putting it down will feel like you're dying.

looksmaxxing is sooo #stupid

i very recently went down anothe rabbit hole of the whole "looksmaxxing" thing and it genuinely is FLABBERGASTING to me. i can't help but feel bad for them... like how can a person be so insecure and dislike themselves THAT much? it even makes me feel kinda guilty saying that but isn't that true???

i could empathize with this, because these men are genuinely slowly rotting their bodies and losing their minds. i mean, i'm a woman, i don't know about everyone else but i'm pretty sure looks are something that dictates our lives so much, so yeah, i get it. but the way these guys are going about it so incredibly sick and twisted.

i could understand if it's simply, "hey, i really hate how i look, it makes me so incredibly unhappy", fine, i'm sorry, i hope you find something that brings you joy and helps you feel confident, but that is NOT the case here at all.

i NEED to talk about this song so bad because it has genuinely consumed me. i've liked adéla since dream academy and it's amazing how far she's gone :(( this song is so beautifully written because yeah girl THE BADDEST BITCHES AINT IN LA.

other than the song being so incredibly catchy and the whole swaggerina thing (amazing btw), the story behind the song gets me genuinely emotional.

like good fucking lord, her seeing a photo of her mom standing in front of a wall of western pop culture posters and feeling inspired to make a song dedicated to immigrants and people all around the world chasing their dreams-- come on now, like actually shut up i'll cry.

i'm very much so a california girl (not LA tho that's not me), i also come from an immigrant family. truly the part that really gets me is the story of a girl from somewhere else, having big hopes and dreams, and chasing it. there are so many woman across the globe that have dreams, so much talent and persistence are overlooked. and don't even get me started on her mom, it makes me so emotional cuz like yeah every girl has a dream.

anyways, no matter where you are in the world, you deserve to hope and chase your goals, because everyone is tea and i know it.

spider-man: brand new day

hey chat,

i watched spider-man: brand new day recently with my papa (my mcu duo), and can i just say he did not understand the emotions i went through because bro just stood there and laughed while i bawled my goddamn eyes out. i kinda went into this with a totally off impression, i thought they would remember peter parker and that was the whole thing but wow.

no spoilers because i'm traumatized too but HOT DAMN DID ZENDAYA LOOK GOOOOOD. the stylists throughout filming + press locked in and made her serve so much face at any given moment.

like COME ON we gotta give these people their flowers because what the fuck, i think about this look all the time #tea. i need them to keep doing whatever they're doing cuz her Odyssey looks?? WOW WOW WOW WOW.

enough with the zendaya glaze, back on topic...HELLO PUNISHER??? LMFAO i actually did not watch any of the trailers or major news surrounding the movie so when i saw him i was deadass so confused, fine shit tho.

i also got horribly spoiled on twitter but like if you have eyes and a brain you'd probably be able to figure it out. imo the people should go and watch this, in theaters if you can (#savemovietheaters). but my final takeaway from this: friendship is magic.
